Other ways military members save on RV rentals

MWR (Morale, Welfare and Recreation) — most military installations have RV rental programs through MWR at significantly below-market rates. Check your base's MWR website or call directly.

AARP + AAA — Both offer campsite discounts of 5–10% that stack with military discounts at some parks

Free camping on military installations

Active duty and retired military personnel can camp for free or very low cost at military recreation areas on US Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine bases. Over 200 military campgrounds exist across the US. Use the Recreation.gov military filter or call your nearest base MWR.
